EnergieUs collects only the information reasonably needed to respond to enquiries, operate this website and understand its use. Do not submit confidential, export-controlled, personal, security-sensitive or proprietary facility information through public forms.

Website analytics

EnergieUs uses Google Analytics to understand website visits, traffic sources and how people use the site. Google Analytics may place analytics cookies and process device, browser and usage information. Advertising signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. You can opt out at any time using “Disable analytics” in the footer.

Enquiries and attachments

Information submitted through Ask EnergieUs may be stored and reviewed for the purpose of assessing and responding to the enquiry. Submission does not create a consulting, engineering or advisory engagement.

CV review tool

The review requires a free ChatGPT sign-in so EnergieUs can enforce two complimentary reviews per account each calendar month without asking you to create another password. A one-way hash of the account email and the monthly usage count are retained for allowance enforcement; the email itself is not stored in the usage record. CV and job-ad text is sent to the AI service only to generate the requested review, with API storage disabled, and is not added to the EnergieUs jobs database. Remove contact details and other unnecessary personal information before using the tool.

AI-assisted services

Where AI assistance is used, EnergieUs will apply stated information boundaries and human review appropriate to the service. Public forms must not be used for safety-critical operating decisions.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of information you have submitted by contacting EnergieUs through the published enquiry channel.
